R15 just died

I have owned an R15 box for maybe 2 years and have not had many problems with it. A few of the issues that are mentioned in other reviews have surfaced occasionally. Overall I think I got a pretty good unit, until recently. Just in the past week it has started acting weird. It seemed to only affect the live programming, the recorded stuff worked fine. It started acting like it does when a strong storm or something is blocking the signal, breaking up and picture freezing etc. It started doing this on a few channels then all of them. I unplugged the unit and let it sit for a day or two. Then I reconnected it and it seemed to work fine for a while. I recorded and watched another program with no problem but, after that I tried watching live TV and it started its act again. Then before long the whole thing died. All I get is a lighted Record button on the front no matter what I do. The reset button doesn't do anything, unplugging it and plugging it back in does nothing. It's just dead. Now I have to get the unit replaced which is not such a big deal except I will be losing all of my recorded programs, some of which I have not watched.
