Death Knell for Plasma? Highly Exaggerated! This Panny Matches CRT Quality

The Bottom Line: A very good picture quality. Brings CRT-grade performance into larger-screen territory. Wall-mount option very appealing. Sound quality is fine for most applications. Remote could be better.
Review: "Reports of my demise are highly exaggerated"....

A few years ago,plasma TVs were out of most people's budgetary reach. They "burned-in" (or so the story went), they ran hot, had poor black levels, and relatively small screen sizes...

Superb Picture Quality and Reasonable Price

The Bottom Line: Don't pay hundreds/thousands extra for 1080p. This 1080i set will satisfy most users and is one of the best plasma sets out there on the market.

Help for your TH-50PX60U picture settings

The Bottom Line: Best bang for the buck, and best overall picture quality than T.V.'s costing thousands of dollars more.
Review: I bought this T.V. after months and months of research.
I have found a company that did an in-depth review of this awesome Plasma and they used some of the best software available to come up with the absolute best picture settings possible...

The Bottom Line: I chose a known brand-Panasonic-rather than the LG and Visio type brands. So far, it's a slam dunk television. The party's on in Las Vegas-at my house.
Review: The title is a reference to a saying that my very best friend-over 50 years-uses to describe something exceptional. A Massachusetts thing, I guess.

And the Panasonic 50 incher qualifies. I ordered the set direct from Amazon.com, and...

The Bottom Line: If you're on the fence about plasma, get off and get one. Look around for what looks good to you. But I looked at 'em all, and nothing came close.
