Noise canceling? Not!

Date of Review:  Nov 21, 2002
The Bottom Line: These headphones look good and the packaging is very convincing; but they just don't deliver. Don't waste your money.
Review: FEATURES:

These headphones were advertised as noise canceling, supposedly great for use when on airplanes, using the lawnmower, etc. The noise canceling feature is via a battery powered device that is attached to the headphone cord. There...

Cheap plastic buzzing headphones

Date of Review:  Jan 8, 2008
The Bottom Line: Get something else
Review: These were a gift given to me used from my dad, he knew I didn't need high quality headphones but that I was traveling enough noise canceling would be nice, and of course he was getting better. When first getting them I was pretty skeptical of how...

Buy the Sennheiser PX-200s instead.

Date of Review:  Oct 30, 2004
The Bottom Line: Buy the Sennheiser PX-200s.
Review: I own 12 sets of headphones for portable audio, including several other sets of nose-canceling headphones. These are adequate, but just barely.

It is fairly difficult to get these to seat properly on your ears. If they don't seat properly,...

Noise canceling DOES work well

Date of Review:  Mar 5, 2004
Review: I travel frequently and have tried a few different noise canceling headphones. Specifically, these blow away the Koss QZ50 & Sony MDR-NC5. They are not Sennheiser, but certainly well worth $30.
