Great Concept - Very Poor Execution and Service

Frustration Level Rising

The Bottom Line: An electronic communications money pit. Handset failure in under four months, customer support is limited, our frustration level is high. Beware!
Review: We purchased this unit with five handsets for our business. Within four months we began experiencing problems with clarity with the handsets. The base unit has and continues to work flawlessly; it is the handsets that periodically fail.

The Bottom Line: If you need a 4-line cordless system, this is an excellent choice. We am very happy that we purchased it.

The Bottom Line: If you use this a lot for conferencing, and you multi-task, then avoid it because of the missing features. If you single process, then this is a great phone.
