wonderful player for trips and commuting

The Bottom Line: If you want a portable DVD player, you won't go wrong buying this one. I am more than satisfied.
Review: Since moving to the fringes of the Chicago urban sprawl, I have had to deal with a 1-hour, twice-daily commute. To mitigate this horror, I received permission from the family book-keeper (my wife) to buy a portable DVD player.

A Travel Necessity

The Bottom Line: These are great units. Buy cheap ($350-500) and you'll definitely get your money's worth. A bit fussy about DVD's, but then aren't we all?
Review: I bought this to use exclusively for traveling. I fly a lot and the airlines just don't entertain you anymore on domestic flights. I found a used one on eBay for a Buy-it-now price of $350, so I snatched it up.

More than just a toy!

The Bottom Line: Not just an expensive toy. Plenty of value for traveling and dining, especially for parents.
