Not durable... the metal teeth get all bent

This was a waste of money.

I have destroyed a Royal, a Fellowes, and now Ativa DQ80m.
I am paranoid enough that I like a crosscut shredder, and I am careful not to overstuff them... but this Ativa is a huge disappointment. In less that 4 months, on an easy job, a 4 inch section of the cutting teeth all became bent and will no longer cut. After they bent, they basically mangled themselves and cannot be straightened.

In looking at the warranty booklet, I notice that nowhere does it even say give an address or phone number for warranty repair. Not very reassuring if you ask me.
