This is my favorite of 4 shredders I have owned
Pros:
Large capacity before emptying; short pieces; isn't fussy about labels on envelopes; hasn't jammed.
Cons:
No complaints.
The Bottom Line:
I like it a lot. Have had no trouble at all.

Author's Review
I call myself a "shredder shredder," because I am so hard on shredders. The Ativa DQ80M is my 4th shredder. I have destroyed 3 others, in less than 3 years.
The Ativa does tiny pieces which could never be re-identified for identity theft. It isn't fussy about labels, either. And it takes a lot of paper before it fills up, plus it has the mesh basket so it's easy to see when it needs to be emptied out for recycling.
It's amazingly inexpensive, and works much better than any of my previous 3 attempts at shredders.
Here is the story of my other three shredders for comparison, if anyone is interested.
I've almost destroyed a $65.00 GBC Shredmaster SC70, my 3rd. Figuring to be safe, I bought it because my previous 2, which were cheaper, jammed beyond repair when I put either an envelope with a gummed label or something with newsprint through them.
But the GBC didn't last, either -- it jammed; and a mechanical friend managed to get it going again, but the automatic switch inside was ruined. So I have to turn it on with a wall switch.
All these 3 broken shredders did long pieces, too.
