A great phone for your home office!

What makes this a truly outstanding phone is the Voice Announce feature. It's clear, easily heard and distinguishable when in other parts of the house. And best of all it doesn't have that computerized voice sound as do some of the new phones that "try" to announce the caller's name. M9516 announces the number and most of the time that's all you need to hear to send you dashing for the nearest extension to answer the call.

The handset is very comfortable, with a flat surface that stays in place if you need to hold it w/ your shoulder for a moment. Otherwise, the hands-free button is right there for the selecting and easily identifiable. A pre-stamped buttons are easy to read; all buttons are sized right for small and large fingers. Switching from hands-free to using the handset (for privacy) is easy.

Selecting the various menu options is easy. There's no guess work w/ this telephone: whether saving numbers to the Directory or to one of the available five (5) buttons on the phone, it's easily accomplished. You will not experience the frustration that many of the "new" phones on the market seem to bring about.

What to review who has called? It's easy to review both name and number of the caller with the directional buttons at top of phone. Also, the backlight and contrast for the display screen is easy to adjust.

I've used my M9516 since 1995! There's no other office phone for my home!
