Most games for the wii make you get up and move around. This helps your mucles. I love using the wii because 1. it's fun 2. more then one person can play 3. it is great for family fun nights. Also the remotes have safty straps so your remote won't slip out of your hand and hit something. I would recommend this product to anyone.
