The Bottom Line:

Initially a fun way to start an exercise program for all ages, especially if you start from nothing at all.  Eventually you will need to look for other challenges.

The Bottom Line: It's the antithesis of the usual video game, it gets you up and moving and having fun while losing weight and gaining strength. Quality is excellent.
