A very unappreciated lens

Pros: Sharp pics at all focal lengths. Good "all-around" zoom lense.

Cons: Lacking in low light!

Performs better than my 18-70 mm Kit Lens on my D70. Pictures are sharp with vivid color and contrast. It is my opinion that my pics from this 24-120 are much sharper than the 18-70mm Kit Lens. Yes, it does not perform well in low light, however, I use my 50mm 1.8 or 85 1.8 in those instances! I shoot a lot of sports and action shots outdoors and my Kit Lens just doesn't "measure" up!
