4711 by Muelhens Eau De Cologne 13.5 Oz

The Bottom Line: Smell what you have been missing.
Intro
Oh my I am getting compliments with the ladies (especially my girlfriend) with this fragrance and getting compliments left and right from younger gals than me and older ones too. I have been wearing this cologne since sometime in 1997 and been hooked on the smell because it is so heavenly to me and I plan on keep on wearing the fragrance for as long as I can buy it.
How It Smells
The notes in this cologne that I can pick out is mainly lemon, orange, rose, and sandalwood. The blend is so perfectly balanced that the aroma will give you a nice relaxed and comfortable feeling since the smell is clean and fresh when you get a whiff of it. 4711 is a rich scent that is clean and crisp in nature with a hint of lemon. It was first introduced in 1879. It has been one of favorites since the first day that I smelled it and I would recommend it for wearing during nights out since it is a heavier scent.
Thoughts
The only reason I think this fragrance is not that popular is because of the lack of advertising and proper marketing plus it is more of a traditional fragrance brand that is not available at many stores where I live at. I have seen it advertised in a magazine a few times but out of the three ads one was extremely provocative it was. It is well worth the price of twenty-one dollars to thirty-three dollars.
Final Thoughts
This is one of my favorite classic perfumes that is made in a version for men and women or unisex. I think this perfume deserves a higher status that it is given compared to many other designer fragrances that get all the hype from advertising on tv and magazines such as Dolce & Gabbana, Antonia Banderas, Hugo, Tommy, and CK One.
Most colognes come and go not really sticking around for much more than a few decades but this has been around for more than a century and will more than likely be around for many more years to come, since it is simply a wonderful classic that has stood against the test of time.
Definitely I highly recommend this since it has such a unique and wonderful clean and refreshing scent that is unrivaled and has no equal.
