Review: We purchased this phone on sale...too late to return it - too bad! We now have to purchase another phone and call this one a lemon - do not waste your money...what was Motorola thinking!

HORRIBLE!!

Review: This replaced an old Panasonic which was great. The Motorola MD491 is truly the worst phone I've ever owned. The sound quality was extremely poor for both parties on the line. The static and poor vocal quality kill all the nice physical features...

The Bottom Line: Keep shopping around for a better brand that'll last you.
