Cleaning this thing is a nightmare

I too have had issues with cleaning this machine. I had the service guy out not long after I bought it and he kind of chuckled when I showed him and said that it usually happens. It's really hard to clean the stainless interior and the coil at the top of the inside doesn't fully come off, so you have hardly any leverage to be able to reach all the way in the back of the oven. The previous poster is also right about the door getting in the way since it swings down. It's incredibly frustrating. I'm actually embarrassed by this oven and refuse to let any guests use the microwave because I don't want them to see how nasty it is.

What do I like about this machine? It looks great with my Miele full size oven. It has digital, touchpad system that makes it really easy to figure out what program you chose. It also has 2 timers (that can be used even if you are not using the machine), we have found this really helpful. Overall, it's easy to operate and very sleek looking. If it weren't for the problems cleaning it, I would be satisfied. It's also very expensive, which makes it more difficult to swallow the cleaning difficulties.
