Highly Recommend -overall cleaning performance and loads of features

My model is a MDB8951-AWQ so I do not know what the difference is between it and an AWS except perhaps one less wash cycle? I love the removable, adjustable top rack and have used it several times to wash huge pots. A big plus is that cookie sheets and tall pans fit upright and wash well. The wide bowl slots are nice. The silverware basket separates into two and can go almost anywhere. Dishes dry very well with the stainless interior so I haven't had to use the drying option. A drop down shelf on the top right and one on the bottom left works great for big knives and long utensils. Drop down tines on both top and bottom rack work well for loading odd pieces. It runs very quiet and cleans well.

Cons: The rinse aid dispenser leaves a stain track down the door. I would change the way the top rack is designed so that small plates and bowels would sit better in the back right side space. A wire runs down the center of half the bowl section pushing items off center and causing them to nestle and not get cleaned as well as they should. I do not like the dark tan plastic at the ends of the door handle. It makes it look cheap and ugly. I wasn't aware it would come that way. I thought the handle was all one piece and all the same color as the front.
