The Bottom Line: If you have the hardware, this game is a must. The difficulty gets better as you do, so it won't get old fast. I highly recommend this game to everyone.

The Bottom Line: It only has bullet-time going for it. Scrap that feature and the game is like any other.
Review: No matter what you hear about Max Payne, in forums or in reviews, DO NOT believe the hype. Its all hype when you see words such as "refreshing" and "revolutionary" being used to describe the game. Four years in development and all Remedy can come up...

Max Payne Offers a Twist on FPS

The Bottom Line: Max Payne takes your standard FPS game, adds a giant helping of storyline, and a sprinkling of new features to create an overall great gaming experience.
Review: I've been playing Max Payne for several weeks now (usually off and on in several hour bursts) and I've come to the conclusion that while it's your standard FPS (First Person Shooter), it offers enough twists to make it worth your money.

The Bottom Line: Max Payne is fun to play just the first time around. At a price tag of $50, you have to consider whether it's worth it to you.
Review: Graphics - The graphics are very good and detailed. On my Athlon 1Ghz, GeForce 2, and 320MB RAM, I couldn't put up the level detail too much, or it became very choppy.

Sound and Music - The Sound is good, with speech throughout the game...
