LG LMVM2075 reliability problems

I purchased this microwave at HD in July. Since that time we have had the door on the microwave replaced 4 times. The door seems to short out and random keys do not work.The highlight is that the contracted repair company will not come out to fix the microwave more than once every 30 days since LG will not reimburse them for the same problem within a 30 day period. We have purchased a countertop microwave to supplement this LG over the range model since it has been broken more than it has worked since we purchased it. I'm trying to get HD and LG to refund my money or replace it with a different model. I received a letter from GE service who will extend my warranty for another 3 years, parts and labor for $136. If I'm not successful getting a replacement, I'll sign this extended warranty since they will lose their shirt during the first month or 2.
