quality output, but not dependable

I am so sorry I bought this. It has a chronic jamming problem. Each time I print I cross my fingers and pray. I sent it back for a replacement, and have the same problem. I've tried all of the customer service recommendations to minimize the problem, but it simply does not feed paper through consistently.

I would strongly caution anyone away from this product.
