I'm never going to buy a KitchenAid appliance again. Along with my top-of-the-line refrigerator (freezer setting stuck on high and water dispenser frozen) that I purchased, the built-in microwave has failed. Does not heat. All it's good for is watching your cold food rotate on a turntable and the most expensive hood exhaust fan you can buy.

Stay away from KitchenAid, but if you do buy one, get the extended warranty.
