Very Impressed

I did a little research before making this purchase but nothing I've read prepared me for the outstanding performance I've gotten. I cook quite a bit and since I made my purchase, which was last Sunday, February 10, I have cooked a chicken casserole, grits casserole, oven fried chicken, rice pudding, filet mignon, meatloaf, and carrot cake and all were were of excellent quality. Oh, and one morning I heated some frozen waffles before going to work - they were good too.

I have also programmed four of my own recipes and am going for more. I love my new toy and would recommend this model to others. I love the speed cook feature as my oven fried chicken took 22 minutes as opposed to the 45 minutes to an hour it usually takes - nice golden brown and crispy as well. The convection feature is great too. I have found nothing to be disappointed about yet. I have seen negative reviews for other products along this line but the Kenmore Elite is awesome!
