I bought Kathy smith's pregnancy workout as soon as I found out I was pregnant. I researched the pregnancy workout videos on line and found Kathy smith's video had everything I wanted in it.

I wanted a video that focused on toning for the arms,abs and legs. I figured as long as I kept everything toned and only the belly grew I wouldn't be to upset about the weight gain.

In this video the have a Prenatal workout that includes an energizing warm-up, a comfortable low-intensity workout that includes the toning of the abs,arms and legs. It also includes a low intensity workout and a cool down that is really relaxing. This part of the video is 50 min.

I also wanted a video that included a postnatal exercise routine. In this video Kathy smith breaks down the fist six weeks after delivery into two week stages. It also shows you how to pace your exercise for a safe,strong recovery.

In the beginning of this video they have an in-depth question and answer segment with childbirth experts. I had a lot of questions that were answered by watching this part. I did however still consult with my own physician.

I have purchased a pregnancy workout video with my first child that was as good as this one. I just wanted something new for the nine months to inter-change so that I wouldn't get bored. I would recommend Denise Austin's Pregnancy Plus workout. It was almost as good as Kathy Smiths but not as long and a different kind of mood with the music.

I would recommend this video to mothers of all ages but if you want something a little more challenging you might want to do some searching on the internet like I did to find what you want.
