Decent prenatal workout - not a fave, but not trash

The Bottom Line: Overall, I would recommend Pregnancy Workout if you can get it at a decent price and can tolerate the 1980s feel.

Keeping fit

The Bottom Line: I recommend Kathy Smiths Pregnancy workout because I find it very enjoyable and motivating. Kathy smith herself is in great shape and has many video's out that are great.
