I only have 1 complaint.....

Date of Review:  Apr 25, 2000
Review: I have been using my BBT for almost a year. It is easy to use. It is fast. It is easy to read. It does wake up anyone around you. It beeps every 3 seconds so that can be annoying if and when someone close is trying to sleep in.
It is amazing...

So handy

Date of Review:  May 4, 2000
Review: I love this themomoter. It makes basal chart recording a breeze when trying to conceive.
A very nice feature that it obtains is the fact that it will hold in memory your last temp. So if you forget to write it down or fall back to sleep it is...

From the Mixed-Up Ovaries of Mrs. Basal E. Thermometer

Date of Review:  Oct 12, 2000
Review: Background

Lest friends and family reading my epinions begin knitting baby booties, let me explain why I've become so intimate with this basal thermometer.

I'm a curious sort of person. Meaning that I'm curious about things, as...

Mercury is a standard, it doesn't vary

Date of Review:  May 31, 2000
Review: There has been a lot of hype written about digital thermometers in the past few years. Truly, they are easier to use and they are quicker than the mercury thermometers. You must remember one thing though, Mercury is a standard and does not vary...

Beep?

Date of Review:  Jul 9, 2003
The Bottom Line: Overall I would recommend it. I try not to think about these mundane things too much but it's the little things that will drive you nuts.
Review: It's a thermometer. It seems very accurate. It's purple, which I'm not too sure about. The overall design of it isn't really beautiful imo. But it's functional, I trust BD, and it's basal, and I couldn't find any other basal thermometers. It's not...

Perfect for the non-morning person

Date of Review:  Apr 26, 2000
Review: I hate mornings. There I've said it. The idea of having to remember to take my temperature first thing upon waking each morning was about as appealing (and likely) as me eating eels for dinner, but in the quest for conception, we all do odd things...

It's actually pretty cool!

Date of Review:  Mar 24, 2000
The Bottom Line: It never hurts to try.
Review: I bought a digital Basal thermometer at K-Mart for $7. I have looked them up online and they now cost anywhere from $10.00 - $15.00 depending on if you buy plastic or glass. Anyway I started charting my temperature after a year of me and my husband...
