HORRIBLE! AVOID!!!

I purchased a Jenn-Air refrigerator May 8, 2007. On June 14, 2007 I had to have a technician come out to repair my refrigerator. EVERYTHING in my refrigerator was completely frozen and had to be thrown away. The technician assured me the problem was fixed. Just 3 months later on September 11, 2007 a technician came out again to fix the same problem. Once again I had to throw everything in the refrigerator away. The technician told me the problem was fixed. It was not. In fact, a technician came out again on October 9, 2007 and again on October 19, 2007. Both times the technician guaranteed the refrigerator was repaired. Today (April 2008) my everything in my refrigerator is completely frozen once again. I had to throw away fruits, baby food, baby formula, meats, everything. The technician came and claims to have repaired the problem. This is the 5th time a technician has come out and claims to have fixed the problem. I don't believe it. I contacted Sears where I purchased the refrigerator and they are absolutely useless. I've contacted Jenn-Air and haven't heard back from there. AVOID!
