She can't sing.

After seeing Jlo live on the 2001 MTV awards, I knew for a fact that she cannot sing. Today's technology will make anybody sound like an okay singer. She is however a good dancer and actress, she should stick to that. But anyway, on the the album. Overall, I thought the album had good catchy songs. You know the type of songs that stick to your head all day for some strange reason. I also like a lot of the latin influences she uses on some of her songs. She had a lot of good people working with her on the album, like Rodney Jerkins, Puffy, and Chayene.

Love Don't Cost a thing
Was a good song, I think. Its catchy and very todays. I like the R&B music in this song. Although the chorus repeats itself way too much towards the en.

I'm Real
Not a very good song. The music video makes the song look likes it fun, but really has no meaning. She sounds like she is trying to hard to sing. I hear the background singer more than her on the chorus.

Play
This song was okay, again I think that the videos makes her songs become more popular. But it was good, it was a dance type of song. She asks the DJ to play her song over and over.

Walking on Sunshine
I didn't like this song. Sounded too commercial for me. I can't remember how it goes.

Ain't it Funny
I actually liked this song. It has a latin-pop taste to it. It was catchy and fun, and good to dance to. But again I hear more of the background singer than her. What does that tell you.

Carino
I like this one too. Good salsa song to dance too. Good jamming chorus! She actually sounds better in spanish than english.

Come Over
Sexy R&B song. In her last album she tried doing a song like this and you can hear her voice break. The engineers actually did a good job with this one!

We Gotta Talk
Good R&B pop song. She sounds angry and gives emotion to the song.

That's Not Me
One of my favorites. It has some opera like sound to it. Well, the chorus at least. I must say this is a good song. I don't know why I like, but I do.

Dance With Me
Latin-Pop song. Good club song.

Secretley
This is where you can tell she has a weak voice. It sounds like a song Janet Jackson would have done whe "janet" came out. Its a sexy R&B song, but you can tell she has a weak voice.

I'm Gonna be Alright
Another Latin-Pop song.

Dame
Another one of my favorites on this album. This is a duet with Chayene, the actor in "Dance with Me". Anyway, its a good salsa song. He defenitely makes her sound good on this song.

Si ya se Acabo
Love the spanish guitar in this song. A good latin-pop. Good to dance to as well. For some reason she sounds way better in spanish.
