JVC sets new standard

I have had this JVC 50" set now for two weeks and am still amazed at the picture this thing has. JVC uses a different technology than the DLP sets. JVC uses three chips instead of one. All I know is that this tv has the most vivid picture I have seen on a rear projection set. The colors are true and the picture is crisp. When I got it home I hooked up to standard analog cable and the picture was decent. When I played a DVD through the composit video the picture was stunning. One thing it doesnt have is a built in hdtv tuner. The built in speakers have decent sound but most people including me will hook this up to a surround system. If you are in the market for a hdtv widescreen you should seriously consider this JVC.
