Works great, but their customer service is horrible.
Pros:
They work remarkable well for a compact unit. (When they work) Easy to maintain.
Cons:
No customer support from Ionic Pro, and a 50% fail rate (by experience).
The Bottom Line:
Nothing wrong with the units, but the utter lack of regard for consumers by Ionic Pro and their failure to stand behind their product makes them unreliable at best.

Author's Review
I purchased 4 Mini Ionic Pro units for my home. Within 1 week, 2 of the units quit working completely. The other 2 are still functioning, and I am thrilled with their performance. They even made a believer out of my sceptic fiance. I e-mailed the company's customer service unit and was cheerfully told to call an 800 number that would handle the exchange for me. However, when I contacted Ionic Pro about replacing the 2 defective units, I was given the run around for over an hour, told to call 3 different numbers (one of which was a fax machine), and then told I would have to pay 'shipping & handling' on the replacements. Which happened to be the exact same price I paid for them. I finally reached someone at the Corporate office, rather than an outsource "customer service" company. The woman was rude, refused to do anything without a receipt (which I had explained several times previously that I could not find due to a move.) She then told me that since they had stopped working within a week, I had every opportunity to contact them right then rather than waiting... I had 'waited' about 3 days to e-mail them. It took almost 10 days for them to return my e-mail. She then accused me of yelling at her (I have 5 teenagers, if I'm gonna yell, you're gonna know it!) And informed me that since both my fiance and I had worked retail for over 20 years, we should know more about warranties!?!?!?! All I wanted to do was exchange the obviously defective units for new ones. I'm still sitting here with 2 defective units (a 50% fail rate) and absolutely no help from Ionic Pro. So, they work great, if they work. If not, don't expect Ionic Pro to stand behind their products.
