Find something else!

I was incredibly disappointed with this carrier. It was a gift and I didn't try it until my baby was 12 weeks old. First of all the straps are way to skinny and it is supposed to hang on you as if you're carrying a backpack on your front and it feels insecure and uncomfortable like that. I tried criss-crossing the straps in the back to get a more secure hold and it was still uncomfortable. The baby drooled on it and when I took her out her outfit turned blue where it was in contact with the wet part of the carrier. It is not very easy to get the baby in and out of the carrier either. The latches for the straps are think plastic and don't seem to be able to hold much weight. The carrier is supposed to be good for babies up to 18lbs and my baby is now 13lbs and it wasn't good for her AT ALL!
