2003 Hyundai Elantra

We've had our elantra for just over a year now, and it has held together rather nicely. They really did a good job with the interior furnishings. the gauges are all very clearly marked as well as the secondary controls. The heating and a/c controls are the standard for simplicity. Our $25,000 Subaru should be this easy to use and effective. We have had absolutely no recalls, unexpected service visits, and actually, done nothing to it except change the oil. The gls comes pretty well equipped, and we also have a power sunroof, abs with traction control, and 6 speaker cd player. the car pretty much does what it should. gets you from a to b comfortably, and with gas at $2 a gallon, pretty cheap at that. We have the five speed, and this is the kind that you would want to teach someone to drive a standard on. The cd player sounds really good, it's quiet inside, nothing has broken, and it all opens, closes, moves, turns on, off, and slides as it did when it was new. If this car was around say 5 or 6 years ago, it would have set the car industry on its ear. Very well done.
