Good way to settle a high need baby

I got this when my son was 1 month old. I wish I had it from birth. Before I got this sling I was carrying him everywhere, which made doing daily tasks difficult. This sling always calmed him right down. Whether we were at home or out.
But i didn't get much use out of it when he was older. I could never figure out how to wear him sitting up. I would look on the website and re-read the manual, but i never figured it out.

I had a lot of carriers and this was one of my favorites.
