Worth the $$$$

The Bottom Line: A good value, easy to use and effective cleaner. This is THE steam cleaner for those on a budget.
Excellent suction for water recovery, the scrubbing heads in the unit and the hand attachment never stall out.
I had excellent results (after reading the cleaning guide).
It works well on my carpets, bare floors, furniture and even in the car. The attachment hose is light and very flexible without collapsing when bent sharply. I love the flip of a switch rinse/wash feature. If you turn the scrubbing heads OFF there is even more suction power to easily recover 70% of the water (by eyeball).
The power cord is very long and heavy enough to handle the load without getting warm. The recovery tank is quick and easy to remove and clean, the recovery lid tends to trap debris if not rinsed out vigorously. The recovery and soap tank caps tend to cross thread and require several attempts to screw them on properly, the caps are of poor quality and do not fit the tank filler necks accurately. The water heating feature seems to be lackluster at best. If you put cold water in the tank, you get cold water out etc. all in all it cleans well and is very easy to use. It was the not the least expensive but not the most by a long shot....a great value for the money. I would recommend this product to anyone needing an easy to use and easy to afford steam cleaner.
