Hewlett Packard Photosmart 3310 All-In-One InkJet Printer

I bought this printer because it had been highly recommended by the sales person and it had features that I wanted...copier, scanner and printer...I didn't need the FAX but it was a nice addition. It was wonderful. It scanned pictures beautifully, the copier was great, the FAX worked and the printer was a dream. (I got over the fact that the paper tray didn't hold much.)

I thought I had an awesome printer and I would still think so if I wasn't constantly receiving an error message that the printer is out of paper. I have yet to get a message when the printer is out of paper...why? because I am constantly checking it due to the same message over and over...OUT OF PAPER! I press the "OK" button and sometimes it gets back on track and other times it repeats the message.

It has also decided to not scan with commands from the the printer, as it did when I first purchased it. It now says it is scanning but it is not. I must go to the HP Solution software on the computer and initiate the scanning from there.

It is a great printer it is just frustrating to have to deal with the constant error message and I would like to initiate a scan from the printer.
