Buyer beware

I have owned a number of printers. Most of them HP and they have all been either good or OK. One of my HP printers is still going after 12 years!

This printer has serious paper feed issues. From the first day it has jammed and fed multiple pages. I did a firmware upgrade as directed by HP Customer support and it did not solve the problem.
Loading paper is awkward. If you want to feed a single envelope you have to empty the entire paper tray.
