Disappointed little girl

We got this for our daughter for her birthday and she was so excited. Only when we got home and tried to install, there is where the problem began. We have all the requirements listed for this software. We even tried to download new, just in case there was a glitch with our system. Only it wasn't our system or the new download. The software simply will not work. We've tried it on our other computer as well and still can't get it to work. Needless to say our daughter was VERY DISAPPOINTED. She had her heart set on playing designer for a day. It's too bad that someone can't come up with a version for one of the other numerous game consoles that will allow the little designer and model princesses that we all have to enjoy. I would not waste my money let alone the heartbreak potential of your little girl.
