The worst installation ever

I bought my LG LWHD1000CR at The Home Depot. Good price for 10,000 BTUs. But installation was a three hour nightmare. Do not use the Type C screws to attach the sill supports as it says in the manual. Only the Type A screws worked for me. And the front grille does not fit straight, does not click in all around and makes the whole unit look very cheap. It looks like I threw some old used a/c in my window rather than a brand new one out of the box. Be sure the unit is at an extreme tilt downward out your window or you will have water all over your floor, like I do right now. I hate to have to re-install it but I'll have to to correct the angle. It is cooling the room well, however, and seems to cool an even larger area than indicated on the carton.
