Great as burp cloths but definitely not for cloth diapering
Pros:
Cheap, multipurpose
Cons:
Not really for cloth diapering
The Bottom Line:
I recommend this to all new moms, don't pay $$$ for burp cloths that won't last.

What is it?
These Gerber flat fold diapers come in a package of 12. They are made of 100% bleached cotton. They are basically a 1-ply diaper that comes in rectangular cut. The edges are serged to prevent fraying.
They are machine washable and dryer-friendly.
Overall thoughts
As an avid cloth diaper mom, I can't imagine diapering my baby with just one ply of fabric. Just for fun, I tried to diaper my son a few months ago and it was a very tight fit, not to mention that the Snappy fastener went through the gauze-like fabric and grazed his skin.
However, I have used these "diapers" for everything else but diapering. They were my everyday burp rags for my newborn, and I would easily go through a couple of these rags a day. As my son grew they turned into washcloths and did a great job wiping after my messy infant as he learned to eat. Despite all the stains it's cleaned up, it always comes out sparkling white with just a little bit of bleach.
Now that my son is bigger, I still hang on to these and have them in the diaper bag, in the car, in the kitchen... you name it. You just never know when you'll need a rag, and these flat folds always save the day. I even use them as snot rags or kitchen towels.
I love reusable products, and this one gets kudos for being 100% cotton (aka biodegradable). These work especially great since I hang dry our laundry and these are so thin that they dry in less than an hour.
