General Electric Profile PFS22SBSS Stainless Steel (22.2 cu. ft.) Bottom Freezer French Door Refrigerator

My wife and I purchased this refrigerator in April of 2006 when we replaced all of the appliances in our kitchen. We wanted the french doors because we like having the double width refrigerator space and don't use the freezer enough to be inconvenienced by the bottom freezer. The convenience of having most of the things we use on a daily basis at eye level far outweighs (for us) any inconvenience from the bottom freezer. We have not yet had any difficulty with this unit at all. I don't know what the fan issue the other person is talking about is, but we have not had any trouble at all. We are not terribly fond of the interior water dispenser (prefer it in the door), but that isn't a big deal to us. I would buy this unit again.
