Cons:
You still do not get to see Maris!
The Bottom Line:
I love Frasier, so I enjoy having all the episodes. It's nice when you are short on time to pop an episode in and get a few laughs!

Author's Review
Of course, Frasier is my top TV show. I love their snobbish attitude and the brotherly competition. The coyness of Frasier and Niles is offset by their father, who is down to Earth and quite normal. The ongoing crush Niles has on Daphne has always been my favorite aspect of the show. If you are a fan, of course, don't miss this season as there are adventures at Frasier's job at the radio station, mysteries involving Maris and Martin, and several instances where Frasier tries to take his own advice much to his dismay.
One episode focuses on Frasier trying to make a friend outside of his normal group, which is actually usually just his brother, Niles. When a caller turns out to be in a wheelchair, Frasier feels obligated to continue their "best friendship" even though he feels they lack common interests. When Bob, "the friend", becomes more than clingy, Frasier has to find a way to let him down easy while keeping his own patience and sanity.
Disc Three has "A Word to the Wiseguy" involving a mishap with Maris that needs some underground assistance. Niles meets with a mobster in order to get things "taken care of" but in return offers any assistance the mobster might need. When that assistance turns out to be Frasier convincing the mobster's girlfriend to marry him, Frasier find himself in an ethical dilemma, which ends with Niles in an embarrassing, yet funny dilemma.
For one more taste from this season, I'll share one of my favorite episodes, "Chess Pains". Frasier finds an antique chess set that he wants to try out. Martin, the father, has just learned to play and takes on the challenge. When Martin, a quick and careless player, continuously beats Frasier, a very skilled strategist, Frasier takes drastic steps to keep the game going!
