Don't waste your money on this one...

With my first son, someone gave me a snugli, but it was only a front carrier that the baby had to face in - he couldn't face out and he really didn't care for it much. Then I saw this one. I bought this carrier because it was a three way carrier - a front carrier in the face in or face out position, and a back pack carrier. In addition to that, the box said that it could hold a child up to 18 months old and up to 26 lbs. My son, who was at the time only 6 months old and 18 lbs., had a hard time fitting in this carrier comfortably - his legs would fall asleep when he was in the front, face=out position and I couldn't even GET him in the face-in position. Now, at 8 months old and 23 lbs, he won't fit in it at all, although I have not tried it as a backpack. It even says on the box that the seat expands as the baby grows, but it really doesn't. I was very disappointed because I had intended to use this carrier for a while, but I only got to use it for about a month.
As far as the comfort for the person wearing the carrier, it was so-so. Once it was on, and the baby was positioned, you could get used to it being there, but getting it on was VERY difficult. It has a bunch of snaps and almost everything disconnects at one place or another, so it was very confusing.
I probably could have used this carrier for a long time with my first son because he was a preemie and stayed small for a long time, but with my second son, who was very big, no way.
If you have a preemie, or a very small infant, I would recommend this carrier because it is very well made and I think it would last for a while. But, if you have a baby who is a little larger, I do not recommend this carrier at all.
