Has some nice features, but there may be a deal breaker...
Pros:
Convection saves time & energy, nice look, solid build.
Cons:
Timer knob poorly designed, not accurate for short time-intervals.
The Bottom Line:
Convection is a very nice feature. But because the timer is not very usable, it might be worth checking another brand.

Author's Review
We are interested in saving energy whenever we can. When our old toaster oven gave up the ghost, we considered ways we could upgrade. A convection oven seemed like a nice choice. It cooks food faster and more evenly in less time.
This toaster offers a range of temps from 150-450 (continuously variable-- and fairly accurate). The mode knob offers settings that control which elements are on (top and/or bottom) and whether the convection fan is enabled-- which circulates air inside the oven making the heat work more quickly and evenly. Broil (top), Bake (bottom), Grill (both) are all three convection settings. And the Toast (bottom) is without convection.
In addition to the regular grill insert, the oven comes with a pan that fits the entire width of the oven, sliding into grooves on the sides. This pan has a convex shape so that liquids might drip to the edge. We use a smaller flat pan (purchased separately) for roasting almonds and other such stuff.
As you read in the CONS, the timer is the big disappointment. While it has a range of up to 60 minutes (as well as a STAY-ON position), the first 10 minutes (which is about 3/4 " on the knob) is VERY imprecise.
There is not enough predictability in that first part of the knob to make it usable. For quicker items, we must use a second timer and run in to check things. With the convection enabled, it requires careful monitoring as the times are faster.
