This thing is horrible

The Bottom Line: DO NOT BUY EPSON PRODUCTS! CS is horrible and quality is junk.
I started to use this for some high quality color prints only to find the color was terrible. Reds were brown and everything had a heavy downcast to it. I contacted Epson support and they gave me the run around, about buying ONLY Epson branded paper, which I had to drive all over trying to find. That didn't work. After several attempts I used over $200 in ink and supplies, I replaced my ink cartridges and it was fine. I got blown off and directed to spend hundreds of dollars on Epson branded products to no end, when all along it was simply the ink they supplied with it.
Even when I got the colors close after replacing the ink, the pictures still lack definition and brilliance.
The scanner is nowhere near acceptable, and I was forced to purchase a decent printer. This $200 printer has cost me about $500 in 2 weeks.
I highly reccomend HP. I can live with hand printed CDs after this. I will NEVER recommend Epson to anyone, and I suggest you stay away from this product.
I always swore I would never write a review like this, but after the way i was treated, I feel it is imperative.
