Stay away from this model
Pros:
It looks nice.
Cons:
Everything about this printer and Epson in general is lacking. Should be recalled.
The Bottom Line:
This really is junk. I have never owned such a poor piece of computer equipment. Tech support is worthless. No toll-free number.

Author's Review
I purchased two of this model, the first wouldn't recognize the factory cartridges. Two calls and 45 minutes later on my dime I might add, I am given a reference number and told a new unit will be sent out. 3 weeks later having heard nothing I call the next non-toll-free number and give them the number, they have no reference to a new unit having been promised and give me a third non-toll-free number to call. I am on hold for 40 minutes and give up. That is unit one.
Unit two, worked for approx. 10 sheets of paper and reported a cartridge out of ink. Now mind you I had only printed 10 pages of black text, the yellow cartridge is empty? So I take a cartridge from the other unit and install it, now it reports a different cartridge is empty and so on. Call tech support and am read the exact same things as the first ones told me on the other unit. Long story short, I am out the cost of two printers, and needless to say I will never purchase another Epson product.
My old HP 952C is still going strong and economical to run, my ancient Okidata dot matrix circa 1998 is still going strong, and my Okidata 4W laser is still going strong.
Stay away from Epson and their expensive proprietary cartridges, poor quality control and worthless and dishonest tech support. Also note no 1-800 number and E-mails that often go unanswered.
