Dirt Devil Breeze, I still use it but would not buy it again!

PLENTY SUCKING POWER!

This vacuum sucks with great power. To the point that it takes fibers out of carpets and I am constantly unclogging something that it "stole" while I was vacuuming. It is quite heavy to operate and does not fit to the corners or under cabinets because it is so bulky.

I also have a problem about the attachment staying in place while not in use, the extra hose keeps falling off. After a year of use the attachment part suction almost died. I tried figuring out if something is clogged but could not find anything and no matter what I do the suction on the hose attachment is horribly week. In the beginning it worked fine for me.

I like the fact that cord is long, I can reach several rooms without plugging and unplugging. This vacuum works well both in hard surfaces and in thicker carpets.

The canister is quite easy to empty and clean, I always take the filter outside and knock all the dust out of it. I'm always disturbed how much dust and dirt I have from seemingly clean carpets!

The canister snaps in place easily after cleaning comparing to some other vacuums I've had.

The bristles on the vacuum grip some fibers off some commercial floor-to-floor carpeting and often the the fibers get tangled up around the bristles. This has become a nuisance for me because I have to clean those bristles out in the middle of vacuuming, otherwise the whole machine is too hard to push, no matter what setting it is on.

So yes, if you have wide open dirty areas, this vacuum will work for you. It is not the one to pick up the nooks and grannies from the tight spots and under the couches and some furniture, simply because it will not fit there.
