Dell Latitude C610

This has been a pretty good laptop. My husband gave this to me when he got him another one. He traded a digital camera for this one and he wanted one that had a built in web cam which this one doesn't, so I guess could be one of it's cons. But I personally don't ever use a web cam so it's not a big deal to me but it was to him. I have always used a desktop and have always said I would never use a laptop because the keyboards and mouse pad always gave me problems. BUT I got used to this laptop and now like it better than my desktop. This is a 1 ghz so it goes at a decent speed, I'm currently running windows xp and it's been a great laptop. very light weight, very fun and easy to learn to use. It has a 14.1 XGA display screen which is very nice and easy to see, this one also has 512 mb ram which was added in, 20 gig hard drive, 802.11b wireless built in. 16mb video, and couple other add-ons. It was refurbished when my husband got it. BUT for a beginner who wants to get used to a laptop or even a beginner getting a computer at all, this is a really great and fun laptop to get you started out. I LOVE mine.
