Bad to the bone

I bought this set because it would fit in our entertainment center. It has adequate sound and video but there are several issues as to why I could not recommend it.

1) Dell service is very user unfriendly.
2) The set is extremely slow in response to remote commands. I originally wanted to use a remote that would allow one button commands to turn on the receiver, DVD or VHS and TV. The W3000 is so slow that the timing had to be reset to very slow and you had to hold the remote aimed at the TV for several seconds until all units came on.
3) After having the set for some time it comes on with audio and no video requiring several power resets. Dell replaced it with a reconditioned set and now it does the same.
