Review: Still waiting on printer . Terrible customer service. Will never buy from Dell again. Customer service will return e-mail with apologies but that don't do much to get your documents print while your waiting on your product.

Run away! Fast!

Review: A Lithium-Ion battery should be rock solid and deliver charge for a long time.
Surprise! After you charge it up and take it out in the field, the first time you turn it on, it says
BATTERY EXHAUSTED
and you are sh*t out of luck.

Tech Support incident

Great Output, Low Cost

The Bottom Line: By far the best bang for the buck. Only real downside is you can't just pick it up at the local Office Depot.
Review: My small office prints a lot of b/w and a fair amount of color. We wanted a single printer that could do both well without breaking the bank; the 3100cn was our choice. The price for the printer itself was very reasonable and the toner and drum cost...

Short-Term Fix Only

Review: I bought the Dell 3100cn printer w/1 year warranty for our church about 1 year and 2 months ago. We went will the Dell due to cost. Right after the warranty expired, the mpf rod broke, and the printer started printing streaks.
