Dacor Millennia MCS130SS Stainless Steel Electric Single Oven

My wife self cleaned our 2-year-old oven I don't know how many times before trying to slide out the bottom rack. Turns out you're supposed to remove the racks and air filter before self cleaning, or they will be damaged.

Well, on Thanksgiving, DW pulled out the rack, and it got stuck. Can't push it back in or pull it all the way out. No help in the owners manual or on Dacor's terribly useless web site. There is no obvious way to take the rack out, so we're stuck with a rack that won't let the oven door closed until we get a repair techie in, probably next week.

Also, be sure to install the oven where there is good light so you can read the controls at night and even during the day. They're hard to read at any time.
