The Bottom Line: After seeing what my Hoover canister couldn't do after using my Dyson, I had no problem with the expense.

Warning: I think my Dyson is Damaging my Carpet!

Review: I am becoming increasingly convinced that this vacuum is causing damage to my carpet. I think that it is pulling threads and fraying my carpet. Maybe it is my particular Dyson, but I hate this vacuum.

DC14 'Complete': Overall = Great, But Room for Improvement...

The Bottom Line: Worth the money if you're serious about a long-term vacuum investment.
Review: NOTE: I purchased a DC14 'Complete' (model sold only at Sears). Because it comes with 'everything', this 'Full Gear' category seems to be the closest match.
