Reliable little sucker..
Pros:
Reliable. Timer. Fresh ground coffee. All pieces dishwasher safe.
Cons:
Bean reservoir doesn't hold extra large amount of beans.
The Bottom Line:
If you are lazier than squat, this might feel like a hassle, with all of it's removable parts, especially if you do not have a dishwasher. Great reliable product though!

I LOVE STRONG, FULL BODIED COFFEE. I am pretty sure my blood type is ESPRESSO ROAST. I hate being in the kitchen and doing kitchen chores. I LOVE STRONG, FULL BODIED COFFEE.
This type of coffee maker is the BEST as nothing beats waking up to the smell of fresh ground coffee beans, fresh brewed coffee EXACTLY the way you like it.
Knock on wood, I haven't had any problems with it mechanically, and I have owned it for 6 years now. I now am thinking of replacing the gold mesh filter as it now has a small tear. It has shockingly lasted the entire 6 years, used every day.
The only thing I would change about it is I would make the coffee bean reservoir larger to accommodate a stronger tasting brew for a larger amount of people. I actually hardly ever entertain, so it was only a problem, maybe, twice.
My husband wanted to buy me a new one recently, because he cracked the glass coffee pot when hitting the dishwasher door to load it in. I would rather just replace the pot, as I am in the process of doing right now, not the whole maker.
Each and every piece is completely dishwasher safe. I don't know if they were supposed to be, but I'll be darned if I was washing it all by hand!
Note of caution, the grinder scares the heck out of all of my animals when it starts. It IS pretty shocking, as it scared the daylights out of me the first time I used it. :)
I am going to keep this coffee maker as long as possible, as it is the best one I have ever owned.
