Almost a different game

Crash Bandicoot: Warped is hands down the best in the series. Instead of getting progressively worse like so many game series do, the Crash Bandicoot series has gotten progressively better, with more things to do in each game.

The plot for this game is your run-of-the-mill platformer plot: the evil scientist has invented a new machine that's going to ruin your vacation because you have to go stop him from destroying the world. In the case of this game, Dr. Neo Cortex has invented a time machine, and your job as Crash is to go different time periods and worlds, and collect gems and crystals as you go. Who cares?

The actual gameplay is what you care about. Crash Bandicoot 2 was only a hint of what was to come in this game. With so many new types of gameplay and vehicles, you can almost never get sick of it.

The control is perfectly fine. It is responsive and tight where it needs to be and the vehicles are easy to control.

The graphics are the usual with some improvements, not much has changed in the look of Crash.

Bottome line: this is the best series. If you are a Crash or even just a platformer game, I recommend this title highly.
